Withdrawals / Refunds

Refunds will only be considered when the full tuition for a session has been paid.  All requests for withdrawal must be made in writing to the S.P.A.C.E Directors and  be  approved before any refund or credit granted. Verbal requests from students, parents or faculty will not be accepted.

If a student withdraws only during  the first week of the session, a refund will be made of 75%.

No refunds will be granted for any student who withdraws after the second week of lessons or classes.  

No refund can be processed until one month after the last payment has been received, or if there is still balance left on the account. 

Credit Policy

Tuition fees are non-refundable. In some cases, such as serious injury or long -term illness (minimum 1 month) credit may be extended for future classes. Requests for medical credit must be made in writing and accompanied by a physician certificate stating inability to continue classes/lessons. The medical credit is considered only from the date it was reported to S.P.A.C.E. office ( not instructor). All credits are subject to a $10.00 administration fee.
