Workout with dance

This class uses dancer's exercises to tone the body's muscles. It also contains some easy and popular hip-hop and jazz dance steps to work the heart and burn the fat! This 90-minute class brings fast results to your body's appearance and strengthens your abilities in coordination and basic jazz dance movement. Now for the beginning to the advanced student, this dancer's workout will help you look better, feel better and move better!    

Jazz Pilates

Warm up with Pilate's exercises, focusing on alignment, breathing and form. Then, we'll enjoy the fluidity of Jazz dance. This class includes a blend of total-body muscle toning, body consciousness, feminine power and dance energy.

Yogilates

This class will progress from Pilate's core-body mat work right into the fluid postures of Yoga. Focusing on breath and alignment, you'll increase strength, balance and flexibility. Enjoy a muscle toning workout while relieving stress.
